COE (Center of Excellence)

An internal governance and enablement structure that standardizes how a tool or capability is managed across a company. In a Pendo context, a COE defines ownership, configuration standards, onboarding processes for new teams, and ongoing training resources.

Building toward a COE is the goal of the Transition phase in a Pendo Use Case Accelerator engagement.
